Workshops
Workshops are a powerful way to strengthen teams, build new skills, and create alignment. We offer a range of stand-alone and custom sessions, each designed to develop interpersonal skills and deepen self-understanding.
Living Systems: The Hidden Logic Behind Human Behavior
This half-day workshop explores the framework at the heart of our approach: the reality that people's behavior is constantly shaped by the systems and relationships around them. Participants learn to recognize how anxiety moves through teams, why we fall into predictable patterns under pressure and what those look like, and how to lead well when tensions rise. Understanding these dynamics gives teams deeper self-awareness and a shared language to start recognizing and changing ineffective patterns of behavior, leading to deeper trust and stronger collaboration on the team.
The Living Systems workshop can be expanded into a full-day program by coupling it with Team Building through DISC or Effective One-on-Ones.
Team Building through DISC
This interactive workshop helps team members understand their own behavioral tendencies and communication style and recognize the strengths and differences of others. By building awareness through the DISC framework, teams improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen trust.
Effective One-on-Ones
Effective one-on-ones are one of the most powerful tools a leader has, but too often they get overlooked, canceled, or run without structure. This half-day workshop is built on the premise that leading others well requires building real relationship, setting clear expectations, giving timely feedback, and providing accountability. Participants explore what each of these looks like in practice and leave with a concrete structure that puts them to work in their regular one-on-ones. It works as a standalone session or pairs naturally with Living Systems for a fuller picture of leading yourself and others.
Fundamentals of Leadership

Custom Workshops
Every organization faces unique challenges. We design tailored workshops on a variety of topics—from conflict resolution to communication skills—always with a focus on strengthening relationships and building healthier, more effective teams.
The Fundamentals of Leadership Program
Fundamentals of Leadership is a six-part series for teams that want to grow as leaders while becoming a more trusting, aligned, and effective team in the process. Built on a foundation of living systems theory, the program moves deliberately from how to lead yourself to how to function as a team to how to lead others, and each half-day session builds on the one before it. Every part can be customized to the particular challenges and context of your team.
Session 1—Understanding Yourself and Others: The series begins with self-awareness. Using the DISC framework, participants explore their own behavioral tendencies, how they tend to show up under pressure, and where they may be misinterpreted by others—laying the groundwork the rest of the program builds on.
Session 2—Leading Through Systems: The focus widens to the systems we all operate within. Participants learn how anxiety moves through a team, why groups fall into predictable patterns under pressure, and how to stay calm and connected rather than getting pulled into the reactivity around them.
Session 3—Communication and Healthy Conflict: The group turns to what it takes to be genuinely understood, to listen in order to understand rather than to win, and to stay engaged and effective when conflict arises instead of avoiding it or forcing a resolution.
Session 4—Healthy Peer Team Dynamics: This session shifts to how the team functions together—building trust, making commitments, holding one another accountable, and defining the shared behaviors and standards the team wants to be known for. During this session, the team is encouraged to openly discuss how they currently work together as a team, what’s helping them operate effectively, and what’s getting in the way.
Session 5—Leading Others Well: Participants focus on leading others: building relationship, setting clear expectations together, giving timely feedback, and holding people accountable—with practical tools like effective one-on-ones to put it all into practice.
Session 6—Shaping Culture and Living Your Values: The series closes by bringing it all together. Participants step back to look at the culture they're creating as a team—how the self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills built across the program show up in shared values and the everyday behaviors that bring those values to life. The goal is a team that doesn't just understand these ideas in the abstract, but lives them.
Let’s work together.
