Hi! I’m Meredith. I’m an executive coach and leadership development facilitator who helps people navigate change with clarity and courage.

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with leaders at every level—from new managers learning to lead for the first time to executives preparing for succession or retirement—across sectors including manufacturing, tech, consumer goods and services, non-profit, education, and government. My clients are motivated to lead with integrity, build healthy teams, and make a positive impact through their organizations.

My background is in database management and organizational change, which taught me to see patterns and interconnections—skills I now apply to human systems. In my coaching, I help clients notice the dynamics shaping their teams and decisions, uncover the beliefs driving their behaviors, and find creative ways to shift what isn’t working. Whether someone is navigating a career crossroads, a difficult relationship, or a major organizational change, my role is to help them see more clearly, choose more consciously, and move forward with confidence.

I’m especially passionate about supporting leaders in transition—those stepping into new levels of responsibility, reshaping team culture, or reimagining what’s next in their careers or lives. Clients often tell me I bring both warmth and structure: I help them feel seen and supported while challenging them to think differently and take meaningful action.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my daughter and our pets, or exploring the hidden trails and quiet lakes of West Michigan. I believe the best leadership work starts with self-awareness, courage, and the willingness to grow—qualities I see every day in my clients.
