Meet Meredith
I’m Meredith, founder of Cygnus Services. I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations during pivotal transitions to navigate complexity, strengthen culture, and create sustainable results.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with people and organizations in high-stakes moments: career crossroads, leadership succession, restructuring, rapid growth, or recovery from burnout or personal crisis. My role is to help clarify what matters most, explore possibilities, and create strategies that let you move forward with courage.
Transitions are my specialty, whether guiding a leadership team through change, helping a retiring executive leave well while setting the organization up for ongoing success, or walking alongside someone facing a major life or career shift. In every case, my aim is the same: clarity, courage, and impact.
Clients often tell me I make it easy for them to open up. Together we cut through the noise, focus on what’s truly important, and design practical, actionable plans that give them the confidence to move forward.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, hiking, taking photos, or exploring nature, or at home with my daughter and our pets. I believe we do our best work when we make space for what we love, and I strive to practice what I encourage my clients to live out.

Why Cygnus?
I named my company Cygnus Services after the constellation Cygnus, the Swan. For centuries, sailors looked to its brightest star, Deneb, to navigate when familiar guides disappeared from view. It offered guidance in uncertain seas, and a point of orientation when everything else was unclear.
Leaders and organizations often find themselves in seasons of transition—when the familiar ways of doing things are no longer working, but a new approach isn’t clear. My role is to help you fully understand where you are and what options you have, and then create an actionable plan to get you where you want to be.
