The hardest challenges to navigate are often those without a clear path forward. Coaching gives you a confidential space to fully explore what you want, what your options might be, and how you might be getting in your own way.
My approach blends insight and practicality—helping leaders see the systems they’re a part of clearly, understand the impact of their behavior and that of others, and make sound decisions with the information they have. Drawing on a background in systems and IT, I bring structure and analytical depth to the complexity of leading people.
I’m DISC certified and draw from Enneagram, Internal Family Systems (IFS), living systems theory, and trauma-informed perspectives as part of an integrative, systems-oriented approach to leadership, organizational health, and decision-making.

3 sessions | Typically once a month
A concentrated engagement to tackle a specific challenge or opportunity. In three deep-dive sessions, we’ll cut through the noise, create focus, and build an actionable plan. Perfect for high-stakes decisions, specific skill development, critical conversations, or moments when you need fast clarity.
Ongoing Engagement
6–12 sessions | Typically once a month
A steady rhythm of coaching to support meaningful, lasting change. Over six to twelve months, we’ll build momentum, strengthen skills, and create space for reflection and growth. The monthly cadence keeps progress consistent, with flexibility to meet more often when the pace of change demands it.
Partnership
Retainer-style coaching for senior leaders and executive teams
For leaders who want a trusted advisor on call. The Partnership includes regular coaching plus added access for strategic conversations and team facilitation as challenges emerge. Designed for senior leaders and executive teams navigating complex, high-impact transitions, it offers the highest level of support and flexibility.
