For small groups of professionals, LDJ provides an online, webinar-based training program that fosters team engagement while providing in-depth material on various leadership topics, from shaping culture and casting vision to business acumen, leading change, and effective communication. Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions personalize the concepts and help participants think through how to apply what they’ve learned in their individual context.

We offer client-directed coaching, which means that you choose what’s most important to focus on throughout the coaching relationship. Executive coaching, available in person or remotely, is a safe, confidential way to grow your leadership skills.
Available in 6- or 12-month packages, our executive coaching includes an optional DISC assessment and 360-feedback process, tools designed to help you better understand how you work, what you do well, and your areas of growth.

Preparing Leaders and Promoting Team Performance
Cygnus Services’ Leadership Development Journey (LDJ) is a 12-month, online leadership development program that prepares teams of 6-8 emerging leaders from the same organization for senior leadership positions.
Our small group training model cultivates relationship-building and helps build more productive teams. The live, interactive webinars energize participants to think about leadership in new ways. Leadership Development Journey also includes individual coaching sessions, which help each participant decide how to put their learnings into action.
Professional Growth through Executive Coaching
Offered in person or by telephone, one-on-one professional coaching offers a safe space and framework for emerging leaders to think through career and leadership issues in a more deliberate way. Available in six or twelve-month packages, the long-term accountability of a coaching relationship offers ample time for sustainable personal growth.
